4. Forms and contact
No CRM is currently configured. The form prepares a message in the visitor's email application; the site itself does not store it. WhatsApp and email are operated by their respective providers.
5. Cookies and external services
Optional analytics and advertising remain denied by default. After consent, the site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure navigation, interactions and contacts. Meta's server integration may process source URL, time, event identifier, IP address, browser user agent and technical fbp/fbc identifiers; fields entered in the form are not sent by this integration.
6. Sharing and international transfer
Data may be processed by infrastructure, email and messaging providers and, after consent, by Google and Meta for measurement. These providers may process data internationally under their terms and policies. Applicable safeguards and legal bases must be confirmed during legal review.

Data should be retained only for the period required by its purpose, legal obligations and rights protection. Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards should be applied.
8. Rights
